Testovereenkomst Wind Waves & Wildness
Als tester ben je verantwoordelijk voor het materiaal wat je meekrijgt om te testen. Als er schaden aan het materiaal ontstaat die van zodanige aard is dat deze gerepareerd moet worden om te functioneren en niet binnen de garantie valt worden de kosten op de tester verhaald. Ook bij diefstal of verlies van materiaal worden de kosten op de tester verhaald. De tester dient zich aan de schriftelijk afspraak te houden van de aangevraagde testdatum en het gehuurde materiaal ook op deze dag weer in te leveren. Verplaatsing van de datum is in overleg en onder voorbehoud van beschikbaarheid mogelijk. Onvoorziene kosten die gemaakt worden door ons omdat de tester zich niet houdt aan de voorwaarden kunnen verhaald worden op de tester. Wij houden ons niet verantwoordelijk voor eventueel letsel of andere ongelukken tijdens het uitoefenen van de sport.
